Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your touch-up kit. Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To start a return, email cabinettouchupkits@gmail.com with your order number. Shipping costs aren't refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made an error.

Products that have been opened or used can't be returned, because our kits are color-matched. If your kit arrives damaged or isn't the color you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo, and we'll replace it at no cost.

Custom orders, including door and drawer fronts and cabinet design work, are made to order and can't be returned once production starts.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the return.
